The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has entered a Joint Venture Partnership with Brown Brommel Consortium, in a strategic move to increase its refining capacity, through the establishment of a 100,000 BPD refinery, adjacent to the existing Warri Refinery in Delta State Nigeria. To achieve this objective, Brown Brommel and partners are relocating an offshore refinery to Warri for the purpose of refining crude oil into finished products to meet the country’s local demand.
